Terms and Conditions

1. DURATION OF CONTRACT:

The agreement is concluded for a minimum of 24 hours starting with the date and time stipulated in the contract, and until the next day the same ora.Primele 2 o'clock after the 24 hours are free, that exceeds will be charged as a full day. Coping with the 4 o'clock deadline established in the contract, without prior notice, oral or written, will atrge after declaring himself to the police, car theft.

The additional day will be charged in the same conditions as the contract owner has the right to deduct the amount due from the guarantee. Rental value of the services is paid in advance and in case of payment by credit card is charged a fee of 2%. If such payment by bank transfer the lessee is obligated to make payment on invoice, otherwise the owner reserves the right to discontinue the contract until its paid.

It is forbidden to leave the Romanian territory without prior written prprietarului, and perform repair / towing the rented cars without the owner.

2. DUTIES AND GUARANTEES:

A. The lessee is obliged:

• to use the car with the care of a good owner
• to be the holder of a license with a minimum of 2 years old
• to return the car in time and place specified in the contract
• to pay in advance the total amount of rent for the contractual period and a guarantee of 300-500 euros fully refundable at the termination of the contract whether the contract terms.
• to declare all additional drivers
• to present all findings and report from the police, if that was involved in a road event
• not rent the car
• not carry passengers or goods for cash benefits
• not carry more people than is the number of places in the bead
• not use the vehicle in competitions car, off-road or activities hunting
• not use the car for purposes other than those for which it was made, that is in accordance u manufacturer's recommendations
• to return the car clean, otherwise will be required to pay a fee of 10 euros

B. The lessee must pay in full all the damage in these situations:

• led vehicle under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances
• If car theft, with the evidence (minutes) from the police, the tenant does not deliver documents and car keys
• car damage occurred during passage through a passage or tunnel railway level crossing
• damage the gearbox
• car damage occurred from the arrival to it in flooded areas or through the crossing of water courses
• if the incident was premeditated
• if that does not respect Article 2, point A and B

C. The lessee is obligated to deposit a guarantee between 300-500 euros.
This is fully refundable on expiry of this contract and is represented as a franchise to tenants in case one of the following claims:

• car show damages caused damage or fault or negligence of Client
• when returning the car to its technical condition does not correspond to the time of the takeover by the owner, because inappropriate use.
• for breaches of Article 2, point A and B
• the loss of documents or car keys
• if damaged upholstery, board or other items in the vehicle
• minutes in the absence of the police (Annex 2) for any damage even minor

3. OWNER OBLIGATION:

The owner is obliged to provide the lessee car covered by this contract in good working and in accordance with the technical rules of law.

FULL-CASCO insurance and insurance are included in the price and RCA enter powers owner

4. TAXES:

lessee is obligated to pay in advance for the entire period covered by the rental agreement

The lessee is obliged to bring the car back to the amount of fuel as the over, otherwise will be charged 1.5 euros / liter.

Limit permitted km is 300 km / zi.In If this limit is exceeded, additional km will be charged with 0.07 euro / km

Teaching or taking cars at Timisoara Airport are charged with EUR 10

All costs related to car use (tolls, parking charges, fines, etc.) will be borne 100% by the tenant

5.TERMINATE CONTRACT:

On expiry specified in the contract, by returning the car

On expiry of the contract extension period, under a contract drawn up to termination of this contract by returning the car

6. MAJOR FORCE:

Any beyond inprejurare parties after the date of signing the contract and that inpiedica enforcement is considered as force majeure and exonerating a party invoking
Are considered as force majeure in the meaning of this clause, inprejurari as war, revolution, earthquake, flood and embargo

7. DISPUTES:

The Contracting Parties agree that disputes deriving from the interpretation and enforcement of this contract can not be settled amicably shall be subject to competent courts in the municipality Timisoara.
